About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic detail-oriented and friendly Project Managerto join our growing this role you will be the bridge between the sales handoff and successful on-site execution. You will take complete ownership of the client relationship once an order is confirmed ensuring seamless communication precise scheduling and flawless coordination with our site and installation teams.
This is a unique high-growth role. We are looking for a strategic thinker who will not only manage current projects but also collaborate directly with leadership to implement new operational workflows. Additionally this role is structured for rapid career progression with the expectation to transition into the companys Purchaser.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Takeover: Act as the primary point of contact immediately following order confirmation.
Client Onboarding: Introduce yourself to clients review and discuss order details and set clear expectations for the next steps.
- Team Alignment: Coordinate closely with contractors construction teams installers and site managers to ensure everyone is aligned on delivery and installation dates.
