Project Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver manufacturing projects in a dynamic industrial this role you will drive capital projects process improvements and new product introductions and transitions while ensuring alignment with safety quality and operational goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across U.S. and Mexico sites to deliver consistent efficient and high-impact results.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects including equipment installations process improvements and new product introductions and transitions
- Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets and deliverables
- Ensure alignment with plant operations safety and production schedules
- Apply continuous improvement tools (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to drive efficiency and reduce waste
- Use data to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Track and communicate project performance across cost quality delivery and safety metrics
- Collaborate with Operations Engineering Quality Supply Chain and EHS teams
- Coordinate activities across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S. and Mexico
- Identify and mitigate project risks impacting safety quality and production
- Manage project budgets including capital expenditures and ROI tracking
- Provide clear updates to stakeholders and senior leadership

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience managing projects in a manufacturing or plant environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly machining or automation
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Smartsheet)
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel up to 2540% between Aiken Mexicali and Saltillo
Fluency in English (verbal and written) required
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- PMP certification
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Experience managing capital projects or new product introductions
