Job Summary

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience leading complex technical projects or enterprise programs in data analytics and cloud environments.
PMP Certification (Required) certification must be active and included on resume.
Proven experience managing data architecture data modeling and data warehousing initiatives from planning through implementation.
Extensive experience leading business intelligence analytics and big data initiatives within large enterprise environments.
Experience supporting healthcare data initiatives; familiarity with FHIR CCDA and HL7 standards is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies to support project planning estimation and issue resolution.
Strong understanding of project budgeting forecasting resource planning and financial reporting.
Experience managing project scope timelines dependencies risks and executive-level reporting.
Expertise using project management tools such as:
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- MS Project
- Smartsheet
Strong documentation experience including:
- Project plans
- Charters
- Schedules
- Status reports
- Lessons learned documentation
Working knowledge of cloud platforms enterprise systems and modern data environments.
Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work independently in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within healthcare or regulated industries including understanding of compliance security and data governance concepts.
Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
Familiarity with AI advanced analytics or digital transformation initiatives at the project or program level.
Knowledge of SDLC enterprise architecture IT processes and information management principles.
Strong consulting facilitation and customer engagement skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Additional certifications preferred:
- PgMP
- PMI-ACP
- SAFe
- TOGAF
- Cloud Architecture certifications
