Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Summary:

Serve as Control Account Manager (CAM) for Advanced Programs.
Maintain and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to align program milestones and resource plans.
Act as the primary material procurement liaison supporting requisitions receipt verification and kitting operations.
Coordinate project planning execution tracking and reporting activities.
Drive continuous process improvements to increase execution efficiency and documentation quality.
Collaborate with engineering manufacturing and cross-functional teams to support program objectives.

Requirements:

Active Secret Clearance required at start.
Bachelors degree required.
3 years of Project Management experience.
Experience building relationships across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
SAP experience is a plus.
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and Control Account Management (CAM).
Background in defense aerospace engineering or manufacturing environments.
Experience communicating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with DFARS (Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement).
