Job Summary
Charles Taylor Safety Solutions is seeking a Project Director in Dallas TX.
1099 Contract position.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Establishes operational objectives and work plans delegates assignments to subordinate managers.
Reviews objectives to determine success of operation.
Develops modifies executes company policies that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effect.
Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
Implements strategic policies when selecting methods techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical financial and client satisfaction.
Accountable for the development coordination and execution of the planning design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individuals direction on a day-to-day basis.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in construction engineering architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Ten (10) years of experience in a relevant role and leadership capacity in this field
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
OSHA 10-Hour Construction
OSHA 30-Hour Construction
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
LEED Accredited Professional
