Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the planning and execution of department programs and initiatives. Maintains relevant schedules and agendas including tracking deadlines deliverables and communication with management and/or stakeholders.
Interfaces with other departments staff leaders and/or other partners in the administration of various programs. Provide coordination of applicable logistics or information as directed by leadership.
Organizes and coordinates the development of all featured events meetings and materials/collateral for programs. May actively represent the program and/or the organization.
Promotes positive and collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Supports communication education training onboarding and mentorship efforts to enhance awareness engagement and the overall effectiveness of program initiatives.
Creates reports for management in the evaluation of the program s performance or day-to-day operations. Assist with documenting and tracking program/project compliance.
Provides feedback to management and make recommendations regarding program/project operations and/or procedures.
Supports the planning and execution of performance improvement (PI) projects.
Supports data collection analysis and reporting to track internal and external quality metrics. Monitors program activities and contributes to performance reporting to evaluate progress and outcomes.
Participate in policy review and coordination of policy updates across departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices process improvements and organizational goals.
