- Direct Impact: Your accuracy and initiative will directly influence project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Dynamic Team: Work side-by-side with project managers engineers and field leaders who rely on you as their trusted partner.
- Leave a Legacy:Collaborate with owners subcontractors and associates to build multi unit housing and hotels that shapes lives for years to come.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in subcontractor agreements change orders and project documentation.
- Keep the team moving by proactively managingon assignments.
- Support billing invoicing and close-out to make sure projects finish as strong as they start.
- Be a reliable team player coordinating between the office and field to solve problems quickly.

- At least 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator (or similar) in construction with a general contractor.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Initiative curiosity and the drive to support the team.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.
- Attention to detail is key.
- Location. Located adjacent to the Irvine Spectrum we offer on-site fitness center proximity to great food and shopping and free covered parking.
- Compensation and Benefits. Compensation range of $68k to $83k including bonus paid time off associatepaid medical/dental/vision; 401k with matching.
- Office Based. This position is 100% in the office five days a week.
