Responsibilities
Research information to support teams and departments as needed.
Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices estimates and scheduling meetings.
Track and report on project progress ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
Complete tasks assigned by the Project Manager efficiently and accurately.
Support financial recovery tracking and trending through monthly reporting.
Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner.
Technical Skills Must Have
Ability to prepare weekly reports: Schedule tracking.
Ability to prepare fortnightly reports: Progress of all equipment status with respect to restructuring options.
Ability to prepare monthly reports: Financial recovery trending and tracking.
