Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Manager this role serves as a financial co-pilot to Project Execution teams having ownership of the financial performance of a project portfolio. The position is critical to driving a strong control environment and a predictable financial culture.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $76500 - $112200 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will do in this role:
- Own and manage EACs (Estimate at Completion) ensuring all deviations are clearly quantified with root-cause support
- Partner closely with Project Management and cross-functional teams to drive project performance and financial outcomes
- Proactively identify quantify and mitigate risks impacting project financials
- Drive change order management to protect and improve project profitability
- Manage cash flow and working capital across project portfolio
- Deliver monthly financial performance reviews to senior leadership (VP/Director level)
- Lead weekly pacing discussions to ensure forecast commitments are achieved
- Develop and enhance management reporting and dashboards
- Perform ad hoc analysis to continuously improve project controlling efficiency
What we are looking for:
- 5 years of demonstrated ability in project-based business or manufacturing finance
- Proven track record to own results and influence outcomes in a cross-functional environment
- Strong business partnering mentality with the confidence to challenge and motivate change
- Highly analytical with strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Genuine interest in understanding the business not just the numbers
- Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP) Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
