Job Summary
This is a support-level role assisting a team that focuses on laboratory infrastructure assets and operational efficiency.
- Provide clerical support towards laboratory operations projects
- Perform data entry applicable to projects
- Extract data from access systems and provide data to team members as requested
- Support documentation and coordinate necessary forms for instrument decommissions
Qualifications :
- Completed Bachelors degree scientific concentration preferred
- Strong computer and organizational skills (e.g. Microsoft office suite)
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team self-motivation adaptability and a positive attitude
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restrictions or sponsorship
Additional Information :
Position is full-time Monday-Friday generally 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. but may Malvern PA are encouraged to apply.
