Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forthe management of programs and management information in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

1. Plan coordinate and direct the administrative and programmatic activities of the directorate.
2. Regularly assess and audit the directorate for contractual compliance and quality of services to students and prepare audit and assessment reports.
3. Develop and implement procedures affecting the directorate and subordinate departments coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with overall center objectives.
4. Direct program changes and supervise the development and implementation of programs for the department.
5. Coordinate with other center staff concerning programmatic matters including the national training contractors and training subcontractors.
6. Analyze reports monthly and provide recommendations for appropriate programs modifications direct feasibility studies to ascertain employability of students in proposed and current career offerings.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors degree and four (4) years experience required or Associate degree with at least 10 years experience three of which must be in a managerial capacity.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
