THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Programming & Scheduling Specialist to support the execution and day-to-day management of FloSports FAST this role you will manage channel schedules coordinate live event programming and ensure content is delivered accurately and on time across all FAST platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain daily FAST channel schedules across live and VOD programming

• Coordinate live event scheduling and make real-time programming adjustments as needed

• Manage channel rundowns and ensure programming aligns with partner requirements and audience strategy

• Work closely with content operations production and programming teams to ensure smooth content delivery

• Track programming updates schedule changes and operational issues across multiple FAST channels

• Assist with metadata review and quality control to ensure programming accuracy across platforms

• Support FAST channel launches special events and programming initiatives as needed

• Monitor scheduling workflows and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Experience in programming scheduling media operations or digital content distribution

• Understanding of FAST streaming broadcast or digital media workflows

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities simultaneously

• Ability to react quickly and effectively in fast-paced live event environments

• Experience working with scheduling systems CMS platforms or media operations tools

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

• Passion for sports and sports media

• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
