Location: Remote within CONUS (Occasional travel to Stafford VA and Washington DC)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Required skills/Level of Experience:
MUST HAVEs:
-All personnel must possess an active secret or TS at time of award. TS required if this role is privileged access
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect.
- Experience: Extensive track record (typically 8 years) driving platform architecture and design within enterprise systems preferably across the DoW/Federal landscape.
- Expertise: Deep mastery of ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM) and complex integrations (REST/SOAP APIs MID Server). Proven history of developing large-scale program strategies.
Serve as the lead technical expert responsible for the overall architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This individual will ensure that all ServiceNow deployments align with best practices organizational requirements and industry standards. The architect will provide strategic guidance oversee complex integrations and mentor other team members to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
