Program Manger, AUTA Experience

Within Amazon University Talent Acquisition (AUTA) the Experience (AUTA-X) team provides a best-in-class internship experience (onboarding early career development and offboarding) to engage and retain top diverse talent. AUTA-X is seeking a Program Manager to support the global Programming and Development workstream with a focus on the creation and delivery of specialized programming for one or more key populations (for example SDE PhD Science). This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our high touch programming agenda driving operational excellence and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives.

They possess strong communication skills and ability to manage team priorities against tight timelines. A proven track record of effective prioritization and taking initiative is important. The position will leverage tools analytics and communications to improve the education engagement and experience of field and corporate interns.

Key Responsibilities
Single threaded intern experience oversight for one or more global specialized programming tracks aligned to AUTA OP1 priorities
Design and scale tailored programming events and operational excellence mechanisms to enable intern experience manager experience and conversion goals
Partnership with a other Program Managers to force multiple specialized programming innovations
Work closely with key partners including AWS Tech U AWS Skills Center and line of business leaders to deliver best in class technical skills programming
Design deliver and support live events as part of AUTAXs global calendar of events
Lead escalation deep dives through to resolution for specialized intern manager and mentor populations
Monitor performance metrics and survey responses report on the status of key objectives that affect deliverables and own path to green resolution
Provide customer and programming insights for regular rhythm of business mechanisms including but not limited to 2x2s QBRs and lesson learn documents

A day in the life
This role requires ability to work across multiple time zones including AMER EMEA APJC and LATAM which may result in starting your day earlier or ending your working day later on a regular occurrence to support the global team.

- 3 years of program or project management experience
- 3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

- 3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3 years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes project management and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
