Program Manager

As the Program Manager working for Hepburn and Sons LLC you will perform complex tasks independently and complete assigned tasks on time and to a standard that is satisfactory or better. You will be expected to provide guidance and oversight to contractors at the junior and mid level.

This is a contingent position based on award/funding from the customer.

• Responsible for the oversight of and management of the project to include budgeting performance and client satisfaction
• Lead and supervise teams utilizing skills in both program management and engineering management capacities
• Coordinate with stakeholders as directed to obtain funding data resolve issues identify discrepancies and produce reports
• Assist in processes and procedures for project identification evaluation and prioritization
• Provides guidance and oversight to team at the junior and mid experience levels

• Bachelors degree in science engineering or related field OR preferred years experience (15 years of professional experience)
• Minimum of 12 years professional experience
• Experience in supervisory roles overseeing a Navy Project Management
• Active DoD Secret clearance
• 20% travel

Preferred:

• Masters degree in science engineering or related field
• Minimum of 15 years professional experience
