A growing insurance agency is seeking a Sales Manager in Dallas to build coach and strengthen its sales organization. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on developing high-performing insurance advisors rather than carrying a personal book of business. The Sales Manager will lead coaching 1:1s sales meetings performance management hiring onboarding training and development planning while creating clear accountability without micromanagement.
