Job Description
We are looking for an experiencedProgram Managerto lead and deliver large-scale enterprise technology programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and managing complex initiatives while overseeing budgets schedules risks stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs from initiation through closure.
Define program scope objectives milestones budgets and resource requirements.
Develop and maintain integrated program plans and roadmaps.
Manage multiple project workstreams dependencies risks issues and change requests.
Drive governance executive reporting and stakeholder communications.
Collaborate with business leaders product owners architects engineering teams and vendors.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings steering committees and program reviews.
Monitor program performance against scope schedule budget and quality targets.
Lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Drive organizational transformation modernization and process improvement initiatives.
Implement Agile Scrum SAFe Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or related field.
MBA or masters degree preferred.

Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar technology programs.
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
