Job Title: Program Manager Saviynt / Delinea Experience
Location: Troy MI Hybrid Role
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies specifically Saviynt and Delinea solutions. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale IAM/PAM transformation programs manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful delivery of security initiatives aligned with business and compliance objectives.
This role requires a strategic leader with excellent stakeholder management program governance risk management and technical coordination capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise IAM/PAM programs involving Saviynt and Delinea implementations and enhancements.
Define program roadmap timelines deliverables budgets and resource planning.
Coordinate with cybersecurity infrastructure application compliance and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee end-to-end deployment of IAM/PAM solutions including onboarding provisioning access governance privileged account management and compliance reporting.
Drive governance processes status reporting risk mitigation and issue resolution across multiple projects.
Manage vendors implementation partners and third-party stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of IAM/PAM initiatives with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate steering committee meetings executive presentations and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project KPIs SLAs and overall program performance.
Support change management user adoption and training initiatives.
Ensure Agile/Waterfall project management best practices are followed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Cybersecurity Business Administration or related field.
8 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management.
Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX HIPAA PCI-DSS GDPR and NIST.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Excellent communication leadership organizational and stakeholder management skills.
