Program Manager – Enterprise Technology Programs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead end-to-end delivery of large complex enterprise programs from initiation through implementation and completion.
Build and manage program roadmaps milestones dependencies deliverables and timelines across multiple workstreams.
Partner with business and technology leadership to define scope objectives and measurable outcomes.
Present program updates strategic recommendations and risks to executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology teams business groups vendors and third-party partners.
Identify and proactively mitigate risks issues resource constraints and project dependencies.
Monitor project financials staffing requirements resource allocation and program health metrics.
Ensure strong governance documentation and communication throughout the program lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings involving broad audiences and complex topics while driving alignment and decision-making.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree required
10 years of Program and/or Project Management experience
Proven experience managing large enterprise initiatives from planning through delivery
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams
Experience leading external vendors consultants and strategic partners
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive within fast-paced and changing environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

MUST HAVE
PMP certification strongly preferred
Experience supporting enterprise technology transformation initiatives
Experience leading large-scale digital cloud infrastructure or business transformation programs
Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience within Fortune 500 environments
Hospitality industry experience preferred but not required
Previous Hyatt experience strongly preferred
