Job Description:

Mandatory Skills:

Knowledge of AI and ML is needed.
Issues handling and resolution at engagement level.
Periodic status updates and project review with customer managers
Risk management at engagement level
Clarity time sheet management
SLA metrics management
People management for Vendor onshore team
Managing onboarding and offboarding of resources
Capacity planning and project pipeline review with customer managers
Vendor resource back up planning
Suggest and track process changes and improvements
Should have data related background like Teradata and knowledge of ETL tool
Knowledge / exposure to GCP or any other cloud will be added advantage

Interpersonal Skills:

Well-developed analytical & problem-solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent leadership skills with ability lead and guide and groom the team
Excellent team player able to work with virtual teams
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic start-up environment
Able to talk to client directly and report to client/onsite
Flexibility to work on different Shifts and Stretch
