Program Manager

Job Title: Onshore Program Manager Experience 10 years of experience in program/project management with strong experience managing large-scale enterprise engagements. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Onshore Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end program delivery ensuring alignment with business objectives timelines and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and have prior experience working with healthcare clients preferably Elevance Health. Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management Lead and manage multiple projects/programs across cross-functional teams. Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality and budget adherence. Drive program governance tracking and reporting across stakeholders. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and leadership. Facilitate effective communication between onshore and offshore teams. Manage client expectations and ensure transparency in delivery status and risks. Planning & Execution Define program plans roadmaps and delivery strategies. Monitor progress identify risks/issues and drive mitigation plans proactively. Ensure alignment with organizational and client objectives. Team Collaboration & Leadership Collaborate with delivery teams architects and business stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to organizational processes quality standards and compliance requirements. Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare domain preferred). Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in Program/Project Management in a client-facing environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (critical requirement). Proven experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program governance. Strong problem-solving risk management and decision-making capabilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Elevance Health or similar healthcare clients. Familiarity with healthcare domain processes compliance and regulations. Relevant certifications (PMP Scrum Master SAFe etc.) are a plus.
