Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead land development projects from planning and entitlements through construction support. This role requires a licensed Professional Engineer with strong technical expertise leadership skills and experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Lead land development projects from inception through construction support.
• Manage project scope schedules budgets quality and deliverables.
• Prepare proposals fee estimates and scopes of work.
• Conduct site investigations and coordinate engineering design.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers and engineering staff.
• Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and engineering standards.
• Oversee project profitability resource planning and team performance.

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in land development.
• Proven experience managing projects from entitlement through construction support.
• Strong leadership communication problem-solving and client management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
