The Integrated Solutions Program Manager II (Third-Party Carrier or GA Programs) is responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance agents brokers carriers or intermediary programs.

What Youll Do

• Completes requested premium finance quotes and adheres to credit/underwriting term/pricing procedures & guidelines on moderately complex programs with a balance of unique and standard term quote requests.
• Uses creativity and good judgment to provide the client with the best possible solutions to their needs while minimizing the risk to FIRST.
• Works with department management and outside sales where applicable to analyze and vet programs through profit modeling in effort to optimize program performance asset quality and profit.
• Monitor service requests quotes and business from assigned programs for FIRSTs Fourteen Warning Signs and concerning trends.
• Coordinate with program compliance team to improve processes and address servicing needs.
• Develop and maintains client relationships through superior service.
• Accept inbound emails and phone calls from agents and insureds; accept payments answer questions and resolve concerns on Third Party & other program quotes/accounts as needed
• May performs miscellaneous projects for the Integrated Solutions management team.

Knowledge/Skills/Background

• Minimum 3yearsexperience in insurance financial services bank operations wires or similar position

• Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Punctuality and timeliness

• Very organized with the ability to multi-task

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Basic computer skills including MS Word MS Excel Adobe and Internet

Compensation

The estimatedhourly ratefor this role is $24.00 -$31.25 along with eligibility to earn a quarterly commission. Actualpayrate may vary based on several factors such as a candidates qualifications skills and experience.
