Program Management Intern

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an intern for the Program Management team to support our dynamic organization. This roleprovidesan opportunity to gain hands-on experience inprogrammanagement within a leading technology company in the national security and spacesector.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) tofinalizeproject plan presentations

• Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) toestablishtimelines deadlines coordinate and schedule meetings

• Organize track andmaintainproject and program documentation

• Participate in project/program meetings as requested

• Assistin the preparation of materials to support program meetings

• Assistwith processing staff expense reports andadjudicateissues

• Assistwith special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the IPPT Business Area

Qualifications:

• To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a bachelors or masters degree inrelated field

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience working with Microsoft Word Excel AccessVisioand Power Point

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks involving complex and varying problems

• Willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Colorado state Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York state Cleveland Ohio Vermont and Virginia is $18.50/hr - $36.50/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
