Bend Treatment Center is hiring a Program Director to lead daily operations support quality client care and work with a dedicated team focused on empathy integrity and strong clinical outcomes.

$80k- $100k Depending on Experience

Hours: Treatment Center hours 5 a.m. - 1 p.m. rotating Saturdays from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m.

Are you excited about this Program Director job

• Will lead the daily operations of our opiate treatment program directly supervise staff and driving exceptional performance across key areas such as operations compliance and customer service.
• Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the professional development of staff while overseeing the delivery of top-notch treatment services.
• Your role includes evaluating client progress implementing company policies and adhering to regulatory requirements all while fostering a culture of comprehensive training and mentorship within the team.
• Conduct vital leadership meetings and serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer resolving urgent issues with agility.
• Additionally youll monitor program performance and maintain a seamless referral network all while championing quality improvement initiatives and supporting outreach efforts.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon or certified counselor (CADC I II or III)
  • 5 years experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience
  • Or 4 years experience and bachelors degree in related field or 3 years experience and masters degree in a related field from an accredited university.
  • Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
  • Current drivers license
