Centurion Forensic Health Services is proud to partner with the Connecticut Judicial Branch to provide community based forensic and mental health services to the Court Support Services Division Alternative in the Community (AIC) programs.
We are currently seeking afull-time Program Director to join our team at the Norwalk Alternative in the Community office located in Norwalk Connecticut.
The Program Director is responsible for planning directing organizing and coordinating the overall functions and activities of the day-to-day business for the assigned state agencies. The Program Director will serve as an on-site liaison between Centurion and our client which will include updating Centurions management team on the programs overall progress and goals as well as responding to any inquiries or concerns of the client. The Program Manager will also oversee the programs policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with all federal and state laws regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree incriminal justice social services administration public administration or a related field
Two years of management experience required
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Experience in staffing and community based programming preferred
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
