Software Guidance & Assistance Inc. (SGA) is searching for a Program Coordinator Revenue Cycle for a Contract to hire assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients in Weatherford TX. Fully remote (must be based in Texas)
Responsibilities :
- Analyze revenue cycle reports especially denials and billing data to identify trends and performance gaps
- Translate data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities
- Lead discussions with departments to review findings and drive process improvements
- Own and monitor key processes including automated workflows ensuring there are no gaps or breakdowns
- Act as a watchdog over revenue cycle operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Support process improvement initiatives across billing denials and collections
- Manage multiple projects and shift focus based on business needs
- Partner with cross functional teams and report findings back to leadership
- Analyzes coordinates and evaluates program operation and procedures.
- Develops or oversees development of budget for program.
- Develops cultivates and maintains working relationships with internal and external departments agencies and other organizations associated with and or receiving benefit from program.
- Establishes program goals and objectives and directs program evaluation and quality control activities develops and or approves schedules priorities and standards for achieving goals.
- Plans and coordinates special events. Participates in conferences. Presents data and program information.
- Responsible for design execution and effectiveness of system of internal controls which provides reasonable assurance that operations are effective and efficient assets are safeguarded and financial information is reliable.
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws regulations policies and procedures.
- Leads literature and attends functions to keep abreast of relevant scientific and technical developments related to program.
- May provide supervision to staff members.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Health Care Administration Education Social Science or related field
- 5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle
- Experience in hospital setting
- EPIC experience required
- Experience with denials billing and collections
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with process improvement and automation
- Ability to manage processes end to end
- Understanding of AI concepts in operations
- Experience across full revenue cycle (billing through collections)
