The Program Coordinator assigns work develops and communicates expected productivity levels to all staff; prepares and monitors program costs to ensure compliance with program FunctionsEnsures staff are appropriately recruited and subsequently trained to meet program that program productivity goals are met efficiently and in program planning. Identifies gaps in services and programs and makes recommendations for meeting community Program documents and program and acts as a representative to internal and external the special needs of each group served and assists in making reasonable accommodations for the hearing impaired physically challenged or any other other related duties as School Hours: Monday Friday 1:00 PM 6:00 PMSummer Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PMSupervisory ResponsibilitiesManages the overall direction coordination and evaluation of the Program/Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency policies and applicable laws.
