Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Program Analyst with strong expertise in Employee Relations Labor Relations and HR Program Support.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling employee relations matters reasonable accommodation processes performance management and HR policy compliance within a federal or government environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support Reasonable Accommodation (RA) requests and related processes
Advise managers and employees on employee relations labor relations and HR policies
Handle disciplinary actions grievances EEO matters and performance-related issues
Review and interpret HR laws regulations policies and procedures
Develop and improve administrative processes reporting systems and program operations
Conduct organizational and operational analysis to improve efficiency and productivity
Support audits compliance reviews and corrective action initiatives
Coordinate with leadership HR teams and legal stakeholders on employee relations matters

Experience supporting government or federal agency environments preferred
