Job Description
We are seeking a Production Support Engineer (L1/L3) with 3 4 years of experience in application and production support within enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills monitoring experience and exposure to DevOps and Java-based applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in Production/Application Support
- Strong experience with Linux and Unix environments
- Hands-on experience with Splunk and Dynatrace monitoring tools
- Experience supporting Java applications in production environments
- Knowledge of DevOps processes and support methodologies
- Ability to analyze logs troubleshoot incidents and resolve production issues
- Experience with incident management monitoring and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and coordination skills for working with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L3 production support for enterprise applications
- Monitor application health and system performance using Splunk and Dynatrace
- Troubleshoot production incidents and provide timely resolutions
- Support Java-based applications in Linux/Unix environments
- Work closely with development infrastructure and DevOps teams
- Participate in incident response root cause analysis and problem management
- Ensure application stability availability and performance in production environments
- Maintain documentation for support processes and issue resolutions
