Job Summary
PRODUCTION SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Pay: $18/hr
schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Detail-oriented and dependable production professional responsible for setting up jobs producing inspecting finishing and packaging products while maintaining high quality standards. Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) valid drivers license reliable transportation ability to pass background/OIG/MVR checks and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidates have production shipping and receiving experience strong organizational and communication skills and a commitment to teamwork safety and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications:
- 18 years or older with a High school diploma or equivalent required
- ability to pass required background OIG and MVR checks
- Able to perform physical movement bending reaching turning stooping and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Prior experience in a production shipping and receiving
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare production jobs according to specifications
- Complete production finishing and packaging tasks accurately and efficiently
- Perform quality inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Assist in maintaining a clean organized and safe work environment
