WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Motivate develop and direct an engaged team of production employees
- Identify developmental needs and help employees grow their skills knowledge and confidence
- Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality housekeeping and safety standards
- Verify finished products using inspection tools including bore gages rail gages and micrometers
- Interpret complex drawings routings and specifications
- Analyze work orders and production schedules to plan for efficiency and achieve daily goals
- Work closely with other supervisors and management to streamline processes and boost overall productivity
- Partner with Production Control to schedule work manage assignments and maintain workflow between shifts
- Bring your knowledge of raw materials and manufacturing processes to drive continuous improvement
WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
- Associate degree in Manufacturing Business or related field with minimum three years of supervisory or lead experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Word and Excel is essential
