Were looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for supervising employees meeting production goals driving safety and quality initiatives and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
This position is on 2nd shift ($80k-$90k - DOE)
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop production employees
- Ensure safety quality and productivity goals are achieved
- Monitor production schedules and staffing needs
- Coordinate with Maintenance Quality and Engineering teams
- Track production metrics and drive improvements
- Conduct shift meetings and maintain production documentation
Qualifications
- 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
- Experience leading hourly production employees
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety quality and production processes
- Metal stamping automotive or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred
