We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys motivating employees improving processes and ensuring products move efficiently from receiving to shipping.

The ideal candidate has previous warehouse leadership experience strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Supervise and lead warehouse staff while overseeing daily warehouse operations
  
• Coordinate receiving stocking inventory order picking packing and shipping activities
  
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time
  
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and inventory control
  
• Train coach and develop warehouse team members
  
• Schedule and assign daily workloads to maximize productivity
  
• Monitor employee performance and maintain a positive team environment
  
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
  
• Maintain a clean organized and efficient warehouse
  
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors carriers and internal departments
  
• Work closely with Sales Purchasing and Delivery teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency
  
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
  
• Troubleshoot operational issues and resolve them quickly to minimize downtime
  

• Previous warehouse supervisory team lead or warehouse management experience preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations shipping receiving and inventory control
  
• Forklift experience (certification is a plus)
  
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
  
• Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management systems preferred
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  
• Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  
• Stand walk bend and reach throughout the workday
  
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
  
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
