Production Associate 1st Shift & 2nd Shift

In this role youll assist with a variety of light production tasks including packing stock replenishment inspecting finished goods and supporting machine operations. Youll be part of a supportive team in a clean climate-controlled facility with clear paths to advancement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform packing labeling and other light production tasks
• Replenish raw materials and maintain production flow
• Inspect finished products for quality and report defects
• Palletize and stage products for shipment
• Load materials onto machinery as needed
• Keep your work area clean safe and organized
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Compensation:

Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties and certifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production warehouse or light manufacturing preferred
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow directions
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable punctual and eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
