Production Operator 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will operate and support production packaging and processing equipment sanitation and quality activities and warehouse operations. You will help maintain throughput product quality and safety standards while supporting production goals and driving continuous improvement across the plant.
Operate assigned production equipment and support packaging processing sanitation quality and warehouse operations to achieve daily production goals.
Partner with Line Leads to support team cross-training skill development and operational flexibility.
Follow all Job Element Sheets and standard operating procedures while maintaining safety quality and productivity standards.
Participate in cleaning sanitation and audit activities to ensure compliance with food safety quality and operational requirements.
Communicate and collaborate with Line Leads Maintenance and other shifts to resolve equipment issues ensure effective handoffs and drive plant performance.
Complete additional duties projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager.
1 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Commitment to workplace safety quality standards and continuous improvement.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.

Being on your feet walking around the facility climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
Frequently lifting pushing or carrying materials.
