You will focus on growing and developing existing clients as well as generating new business by identifying implementing and executing new SUMMARY:This position is responsible for managing the productive efforts of the bottling operation. It also is responsible for achieving a high level of production efficiency and cost RESPONSIBILITIES:The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform. The actual duties required of this position will production efficiency by effective management of raw material supplies and manpower to supply required quantities of product of the highest quality at the lowest possible the production of quality products by strict application of Company quality standards and methods to provide top quality merchandise for labor costs within budgetary guidelines by controlling absenteeism and maintaining high production efficiencies so that profitability as planned will be the work efforts of wage and salaried employees by consistent application of work standards and developing people to work up to their potential so that the Company may derive maximum benefit from the and submit reports on a timely basis by compiling and recording facts and events so management will be informed of all control raw materials by matching inventories with schedules and ordering material so that production schedules are met as a safe working environment for all employees. Assure that performance of all work-related activities will eliminate/minimize personal injury and damage to Company property.
