Job Summary
- Develop scalable production and repair schedules to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering quality and logistics to align priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure reliability by monitoring progress identifying risks and implementing corrective actions for schedule adherence.
- Champion process innovation by introducing new scheduling tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Promote knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and mentoring team members on scheduling techniques.
- Strong Excel proficiency including experience with functions and data management tools that support daily operational activities.
- Solid general computer skills and ability to work within system-driven environments.
- Previous experience in manufacturing production planning supply chain operations scheduling or industrial operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable and considered a valuable advantage.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and clearly communicate production-related needs.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving capabilities in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment and manage competing priorities.
- On-time delivery of production and repair schedules aligned with strategic goals.
- Effective collaboration and leadership within cross-functional teams.
- Reduction in schedule deviations improved efficiency and proactive troubleshooting.
- Work with advanced scheduling technologies and contribute to Alstoms strategic vision for operational excellence.

In accordance with New York State law the anticipated annual salary range for this position is $65000 to $85000 USD. Final compensation will be based on factors including experience education skills and qualifications. This range represents the base salary only and does not include any bonus opportunities incentive compensation or other benefits.
