Job Summary
- Operate monitor and adjust production equipment according to standard procedures
- Perform production tasks including assembling processing packaging and labeling food products
- Inspect products to ensure quality specifications and food safety standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards
- Assist with product changeovers equipment setup documentation and reporting
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions safety concerns or product quality issues and collaborate with the team to resolve them
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
More information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary. Depending on the role physical and environmental requirements can differ but include:
- Being on your feet walking around the facility climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting pushing or carrying materials.
