The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by performing lay-up material handling inspection and documentation activities. This role works across multiple production areas to ensure product quality accurate material tracking and safe efficient workflow.

The Production Associate supports manufacturing operations by performing lay-up material handling inspection and documentation activities. This role works across multiple production areas to ensure product quality accurate material tracking and safe efficient workflow.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Perform lay-up of prepreg materials to build laminate products.
- Operate production equipment including sheeters drills press support equipment and material handling tools.
- Inspect materials and perform basic measurements and testing as required.
- Maintain material traceability and complete production documentation.
- Enter production data into Oracle and label bag and stage materials.
- Clean equipment clean rooms and work areas per manufacturing procedures.
- Support press setup breakdown and quality operations as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work in a team environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English is required.
- Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
- Overtime including weekends or extended shifts may be required based on business needs.
- Steel-toed shoes are required.

- Visual ability including close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus as needed.
BENEFITS
- Shift differential - $1.00 2nd Shift; $1.50 3rd Shift
- Weekly pay
- Eligible for full benefits the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
