Position Summary Â
The Procurement Coordinator supports purchasing operations for both the ski resort and hotel divisions by ensuring timely costeffective sourcing of goods supplies and services. This role manages purchase orders vendor communication and inventory tracking to keep operational departments stocked and functioning smoothly. The Procurement Coordinator helps maintain high service standards by coordinating purchasing workflows that meet the unique needs of mountain operations and hospitality environments. This position reports to the Senior Director of Procurement.Â
The hourly pay range for this position is $24.50-29.00. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders in accordance with company policies and spending guidelinesÂ
- Coordinate with department leaders across resort and hotel operations to identify purchasing needs and timelinesÂ
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes confirm pricing track shipments and resolve delivery issuesÂ
- Maintain accurate purchasing records documentation and data entry within procurement systemsÂ
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment for key operational categories such as F&B housekeeping retail and mountain suppliesÂ
- Support vendor onboarding ensuring proper completion of agreements compliance documents and account setupÂ
- Assist in negotiating pricing order quantities and delivery schedules under the guidance of procurement leadershipÂ
- Verify receipts of goods and review invoices for accuracy before submitting for payment processingÂ
- Help coordinate seasonal ordering cyclesÂ
- Prepare purchasing reports and updates to support forecasting budgeting and departmental planningÂ
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal teams external vendors and logistics partnersÂ
- Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiencyÂ
- Performs other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
Education & Experience Requirements Â
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or Hospitality preferredÂ
- 12 years of purchasing inventory management administrative support or hospitality operations experienceÂ
- Experience working in resort hotel or multidepartment operational environments preferredÂ
Knowledge Skills & Abilities  Â
- Understanding of supply chain and inventory management systemsÂ
- Strong communication skills using various channels (oral written presentations) to various internal and external audiencesÂ
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external groups and individuals effectivelyÂ
- Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Suite to include Word Excel PowerPoint etc. Â
- Proficient understanding of logistics operations inventory management and purchasing processesÂ
- Must possess the ability to work independently and thrive in a constantly changing environmentÂ
- Strong reliability collaboration and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Proficiency in planning managing and executing projects within scope and deadlinesÂ
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking with a keen eye for detailÂ
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with seasonal demands and shifting operational priorities

   Ability to stand walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time kneeling and bending may be requiredÂ
   Regularly work indoors with no adverse conditions  Â
   Must be able to occasionally lift push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance
