Procurement Consultant Requirement (SCM)

Procurement Consultant to review banks existing procurement framework policies and establish a robust scalable procurement operating model. The consultant will assess existing processes identify improvement opportunities and design standardized procurement policies governance and best practices to improve efficiency compliance and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Assess current procurement processes policies systems and governance.
Identify process gaps risks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Design and implement standardized end-to-end procurement processes and SOPs.
Develop procurement policies approval workflows and governance frameworks.
Recommend procurement technology and automation improvements.
Establish vendor management sourcing and contract management frameworks.
Define procurement KPIs reporting and performance dashboards.
Engage stakeholders facilitate workshops and support change management.
Deliver a procurement transformation roadmap and implementation plan.

Required Experience
812 years of procurement strategic sourcing or procurement transformation experience.
Proven experience in procurement process redesign and operating model development.
Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) supplier management and procurement governance.
Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba Coupa Oracle or SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
