Process Technician II

The Role:

Our site inColorado SpringsRockrimmon COis seeking aProcess Technicianto join our team.In this role you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient manufacturing workflows by overseeing material flow supporting process reliability and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the process lifecycle.This is a 2nd shift position.

What Youll Do:

• Troubleshoot production machine failures and execute remedial actions to minimize halted operations.

• Participate in investigations related to internal and external complaints ensuring thorough document and follow-through

• Support Engineers with validations process developmentand management of change.

• Participateand leadin process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency quality and safety.

• Leadin updating Master Cycle Sheets procedures and other controlled documents.

• Identify and resolve operational issues using appropriate tools systems and methodologies.

• Provide limited KPI reporting and contribute to ongoing KPI improvement efforts

• Actively support EHS initiatives including hazard identification safe work practices and participation in safety meetings oraudits.

• Participate in 5S Kaizen and other activities focused on improving quality efficiency and workflow.

• Maintain a clean safe work environment follow PPE requirements and promptly report safety concerns.

What We Seek:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 4-7years of related experience

• Master Molder experiencecertification or equivalent required.

• Supporting production equipment process troubleshooting or technical manufacturing operations preferred

• Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment

• Computer proficiency including email data entry and excel.

• Ability to work safely around machinery chemicals and material handling equipment.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality compliance.

• Flexibility to work any shift needed to support production requirements.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions standard operating procedures routings and technical documentation.

• Ability to perform basic math calculations(measurements counts conversions) required for manufacturing tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift carry and move materials up to 50 poundswith or without reasonable accommodation

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

• Ability to climb ladders and work in industrial or manufacturing environments

• Visual acuity to perform inspections read documentation and view data on computer screens

• Ability to operate hand tools fixtures and equipment requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills

• Ability to safely work at heights including climbing ladders or accessing elevated platforms

• Willingness to work overtime weekends or holidays as business needs require

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending reaching pinching grasping and twisting
