Applies engineering principles to monitor evaluate and improve process and equipment performance in a semiconductor wafering environment.
Understands assigned process equipment operating parameters and manufacturing constraints
Evaluates process and equipment performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Develops and implements process improvements independently at higher levels
Executes process transfers equipment qualifications and new technology introductions
Data Analysis & Statistical Methods

Position Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineering or an equivalent field. Masters degree preferred along with a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience. The role requires proficiency in statistics SPC DOE and structured problem-solving methodologies as well as strong technical writing and documentation skills. Candidates must be comfortable using Microsoft Office and analytical or statistical software tools and demonstrate strong organizational analytical and prioritization abilities. Effective verbal and written communication in English is essential along with the ability to work collaboratively in team-based cross-functional environments.

Ability to sit / stand / walk as required for various periods of time
Ability to use office equipment phones laptop effectively for various amounts of time throughout the day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Availability to work extended hours and off-shift assignments when required
