Required to translate manual vendor-heavy BMS processes into standardized automation-ready workflows.
This role bridges process design and engineering by documenting operating model gaps defining end-to-end runbooks and identifying automation opportunities across the patching and remediation lifecycle.
Critical to reducing coordination overhead enabling workflow orchestration and accelerating transition from manual execution to scalable automated operations within the CPS/BMS environment.
