Comp: Base uncapped commission. First-year expected range: $40K$60K depending on effort skill and execution.

About the Role

At Legion Logistics we dont hire account managers to babysit clients. We hire hunters. Closers. People who can take a proven system and turn it into results.
Youll be trained from the ground up. Youll learn the freight battlefield work the floor and then hit the phones hard with all the tools to win.

Training Includes:

- Freight Ops Bootcamp: Learn dispatch lanes truck types and how freight actually moves.
- 8 Weeks Floor Time: Sit with our ops team and account managers learn the grind firsthand.
- Final Phase: Full sales training with our playbook process and real leads.

Well give you the proven process.
