PRN In-Home Caregivers

Pay Range: $20.00$25.00 per hour

Personal Home Care Plus is creating a pool of qualified caregivers to provide support for our amazing clients with short term and temporary needs. Our PRN caregivers will have the opportunity to accept or decline shifts based on their own schedule. Hourly wage is dependent on client needs per shift. Only caregivers with previous experience in caregiving skilled care social work or human services need apply.

As a Non-Medical In-Home Caregiver you will provide personalized support based on each clients individual needs and care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with everyday routines and personal needs
• Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Helping with meals and light household activities
• Offering mobility and safety support
• Assisting with errands and other daily activities
• Providing reminders encouragement and supervision
• Supporting clients with memory-related needs
• Completing basic care documentation
• Communicating updates or concerns to the care team

Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the client and assigned care plan.

• Is compassionate patient respectful and dependable
• Enjoys helping others maintain their independence
• Provides attentive and reliable support
• Communicates professionally with clients families and team members
• Is at least 18 years old
• Has caregiving experience or transferable personal-care experience
