PRN Caregiver

Role: Caregiver - PRN

We are seeking a compassionate dependable and flexible Floater Caregiver to join our team. This role provides coverage for scheduled shifts call-offs vacations and increased client needs across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is adaptable patient and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting with toileting and personal care
Medication reminders as directed
Monitoring client safety and well-being throughout the night
Assisting with repositioning and mobility
Responding to client needs promptly
Preparing light snacks or beverages if needed
Light housekeeping related to the clients care
Providing companionship and reassurance
Reporting any changes in the clients condition to the office

Qualifications
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Compassionate and dependable with a heart for serving others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently during overnight hours
Reliable transportation
Willingness to travel locally
Ability to pass a criminal background check
