Job Description:

• Design of analog and mixed-signal building blocks; i.e. Bias Reference Voltage Regulator PLL ADC DAC operational amplifiers filters High speed SerDes etc.
• Simulate designs with CAD tools
• Work with team members to verify functions/performance in module and system levels
• Perform mixed-signal simulations
• Guide the layout designer of circuit blocks for high speed performance and meet design rules
• Document designs and simulation results and conduct design reviews
• Operate lab equipment to validate silicon against chip and system specifications

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Education: BS is required MSEE is preferred
• 10 years of analog design experience
• 5 years of industry experience in the area of mixed-signal CMOS circuit design
• Experience with Cadence Design Environment and circuit simulators
• experience in nano meter processes and FinFET transistor circuit design
