As an Analog and Reliability Verification Engineer at Micron Technology Inc. you will be responsible for developing groundbreaking verification solutions and driving the adoption of new verification methodologies across the various DRAM verification project teams.

Responsibilities:
Define and drive DRAM analog and reliability verification strategy including AIenabled methodologies to improve efficiency expand coverage streamline workflows and systematically close silicon failure gaps.
Partner closely with design teams to standardize align and continuously improve verification methodologies across projects and memory generations.
Developmaintain and evolve Python-based analog and reliability verification testbenches tools and flows to support robust and scalable verification execution.
Translate reliability requirements and customer use cases into clear actionable verification plans that ensure highquality reliable silicon.
Provide technical leadership in verificationmethodologyby setting priorities mentoring engineers and driving innovation for future DRAM technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors or Mastersdegree (preferred) in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering ora relatedfield.
10 years of relevant experience in design and verification engineering.
Hands-on experience with analog simulation and debug environments (e.g. circuit simulation and waveform analysis).
Strong knowledge of VLSI circuit design fundamentals.
Solid understanding of reliability fundamentals including common degradation and failure mechanisms (e.g. BTI HCI EM TDDB).
Advancedproficiencyin Python programming including objectoriented design and use of advanced libraries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of DRAM circuit design and system architecture.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability toinfluence acrosscrossfunctional teams.
Selfmotivated proactive team player who thrives in a diverse collaborative environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and execution skills.
Demonstrated experience leading technical projects or initiatives.
Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
Passion for driving AIenabled process improvements and automation.
Expertlevel Pythonproficiency with proven ability to design and implement multilayered multithreaded objectoriented systems.Familiarity with digital verification methodologies (e.g.SystemVerilog UVM).
